Made to order

Every Heritage Dry Goods item is embroidered to order. After you place your order, we email you a proof of your design. Reply to that email if you’d like any changes before we stitch.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, processing may take longer; we’ll let you know if your order will be delayed.

Shipping method and cost

We ship within the United States (all 50 states and U.S. territories) via UPS Priority. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Most packages arrive 1-5 business days after they ship.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International orders

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at contact@heritagedrygoods.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged), and we’ll make it right.
