These terms apply to your use of heritagedrygoods.org and any order you place with Heritage Dry Goods. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

We sell genuine Carhartt bags and coolers that we custom embroider. Carhartt® is a registered trademark of Carhartt, Inc. Heritage Dry Goods is an independent embroidery shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Carhartt. Product photos and on-screen previews are for illustration; actual thread colors, stitch placement and sizing may vary slightly.

Personalization content

You’re responsible for the text, names and logos you ask us to embroider, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that includes content that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that we find offensive or inappropriate.

Proofs

After you order, we email you a proof of your design. Please check spelling, colors and placement carefully and reply with any changes before we stitch. We embroider exactly what’s shown on your proof.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
